Neon Drift Circuit

Neon Drift Circuit is pure arcade joy. The tracks are neon ribbons through futuristic cities, and the whole thing is built around nailing long, screeching drifts through corners. It never pretends to be a simulator — it just wants you grinning.

You can steer by tilt or by on-screen buttons, and both work, though we settled on the tap controls for precision. The sense of speed is excellent and the soundtrack is genuinely good. Loading is quick between races, which matters for a game you dip into.

This is one of the more demanding titles battery-wise — all those glowing effects add up — so a longer play session will notice the drain. For short race sessions it's fantastic, and easily one of our favorites to come back to.
